Franchelle is a professional hair braiding and extension specialist. She is passionate  about the hair and beauty industry and providing quality work and good service. Her goal is to keep a smile on her clients' face during each visit to her salon. She understands the importance of good customer service, effective client consultation and complete  customer satisfaction; that is why she has an enduring commitment to effective customer service and quality work done.

Coming from parents from different countries French father and a Congolese mother, Franchelle spent most of her years in Europe and also in Africa (Congo) with her African background she grew up loving to style hair as she learned unique techniques on braiding hairstyles and other hairdos. Her time  spent in Congo birthed in her the passion for hair braiding as she watched families care for each other by braiding one another in different unique and beautiful hairstyles. (even on her own head) Also her extensive stay in Europe gave her the opportunity to work on all hair types and with the knowledge and vast experience in the hair and beauty industry , she still strive to provide happy hair care for everyone since 2000​
